Free Tracked Shipping

We’re proud to offer free tracked shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.


Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Orders placed on Fridays may be prepared over the weekend but are typically dispatched on the following Monday.

When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

During busy periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to deliver to certain remote regions and island territories due to limitations with our delivery partners.

This currently includes:

  • Alaska (USA)

  • Island territories or remote island locations where standard postal delivery is unavailable

If an order is placed to one of these locations, our support team will contact you and issue a full refund if delivery cannot be completed.

We are actively working with our logistics partners to expand delivery coverage in the future.
