PRODUCT & FIT

Yes — our products fit true to size. Because they’re compression garments, you’ll feel a supportive, held-in fit. If you’re between sizes or prefer a gentler feel, we recommend sizing up for extra comfort.

Please refer to our Size Chart on each product page — it includes waist and hip measurements. Our compression fabric is ultra-stretchy but supportive, designed to adapt to your body shape.

Yes — just machine wash (max 30°C). Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, and lay flat or hang to dry. This helps preserve the fabric’s compression and elasticity.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days under our Perfect Fit Promise. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

Simply email support@korform.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the quick return or exchange process.

Once your return reaches our facility, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 3–5 business days.

If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is free. Otherwise, customers cover the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service for safe delivery.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your delivery in real time.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

You can cancel anytime before your order ships for a full refund. Once shipped, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange.

All orders are sent via tracked courier from our fulfillment centre in Stockholm, Sweden.
