30-Day Perfect Fit Promise

At KORFORM™, we want you to properly experience how your pieces fit, feel, and move — not just try them on for a moment at home.

Every order is covered by our 30-Day Perfect Fit Promise, giving you time to wear, move, and train in your items before deciding whether the fit is right for you.


How Returns & Exchanges Work

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange
  • All returns and exchanges are managed through our online returns portal
  • All exchanges and refunds require the original item to be returned
  • Exchanges are prioritised if the fit isn’t right
  • All available options, requirements, and any applicable costs are shown clearly in the portal before confirmation

Condition Guidelines

Items may be tried on, worn lightly, and trained in to assess fit, comfort, and performance, provided they remain in acceptable condition.

We’re unable to accept items that are:

  • Washed
  • Stained or heavily soiled
  • Damaged beyond normal wear
  • Excessively worn, altered, or misused

Exchanges (Recommended)

If the size isn’t right, you can request an exchange directly through our returns portal.

  • All exchanges require the original item to be returned before a replacement is shipped
  • Once your return is received and approved, your replacement item will be prepared and sent

Please note:
Once an exchange has been processed and a replacement item has been issued, it is not eligible for refund.


Returns & Refunds

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, you can request a return through our online returns portal.

  • Items must be returned by courier
  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected

Refunds are:

  • Issued either as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on the option selected in the returns portal
  • Issued excluding the original outbound shipping cost

Store credit is typically processed faster and may include added value as a thank-you for choosing this option.


Return Shipping & Labels

All returns are processed through our regional returns hubs, allowing for faster and more efficient handling depending on your location.

We currently operate return hubs in:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Germany
  • Australia

Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided directly in the returns portal once your request is approved.

Items should only be sent to the address provided in the portal to ensure accurate processing.

Where available, we aim to provide the most local return option to minimise delivery time and cost.


Prepaid Return Labels

To make returns as simple as possible, we offer prepaid return labels through our returns portal.

  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund
  • The exact amount is always clearly shown in the returns portal before you confirm your request

Faulty Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, please submit a request through the returns portal and include clear photos.

We’ll review this promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Order Cancellation

  • Before dispatch: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund
  • After dispatch: Orders can’t be cancelled, but are fully covered by this returns policy
