felt the difference in my posture the second i put these on — no, really, i stood up straighter without even thinking about it. they’re comfy enough to wear all day, and honestly they’re giving me the push i needed to move more + stay healthier so i can actually keep up with my kiddo. already eyeing another color <3

The sizes were exactly like listed. It worked great for POTS if you get the whole set. We just missed the 20-30 compression socks.

I’ve been looking for affordable compression options because I have hypermobility and deal with blood pooling in my legs. I love having different tools besides compression socks - especially in warmer weather - and these shorts are great because I can also wear them underneath loose or wide-leg pants while still feeling supported.
I’m 1.55 m, around 49 kg, and wear a size M. The waistband feels even higher on me than the leggings (it comes almost up to my boobs 😂) but I actually love the support it gives my pelvis and trunk, and it’s a nice reminder for diaphragmatic breathing.
I considered trying a size S, but I wouldn’t want the elastic around my thighs to feel too restrictive, so I’m happy I stayed with the M. They’re comfortable, supportive, and affordable enough that I’ll probably get more to keep in rotation!

I was looking for high-waisted leggings with good compression and support without having to spend a fortune, and I’m really happy I found these!
I have hypermobility and struggle with proprioception, so I find that having some compression around my pelvis and core helps me feel much more supported and aware of my body. I also tend to hold my breath, and I’ve found that these give me that supportive feeling while still allowing me to practice diaphragmatic breathing comfortably.
For reference, I’m about 1.55 m tall, weigh around 49 kg, and got a size M. They fit me really well overall. The waistband is slightly roomy on me, but I actually prefer it that way I wouldn’t want them so tight that they become uncomfortable or difficult to pull on and off for bathroom breaks especially since i also have hypermobile thumbs. It also gives me a little room since I’m hoping to build some muscle over time.
I’ve washed them according to the instructions and hung them to dry, and so far they’ve held up nicely but it’s only been 2-3 washes but I have good feelings!
For me, they really hit that sweet spot between affordability, comfort and support. I’ll very likely be getting another pair!

love my compression shorts! make all the difference in my POTS management! are comfortable under other clothing, and i can even wear them on their own. only request would be a side pocket on the thigh. then they would be perfect.

I wear them most days except when I’m washing them. I’ll likely get another pair. The reason for the 4/5 stars is that my hips are a size larger than my waist. I wish they had mixed sizes. For example, Size small for waist and medium for hips in the same pair of shorts.

I really like these shorts. I wear abdominal compression because it helps with POTS symptoms. These shorts really improved my core stability and posture and helped me exercise! I do wish they came in a smaller size as a little bit more support would've been helpful. I am 5'6" and about 118 lbs (167cm 54kg) for reference and usually wear size 1-2 or xs in pants.

Love the compression and fit. They are comfortable to wear and stay put.
However, they rip reeaaalllly easily. 2 of my 4 pairs have ripped within the first 2 weeks of wear. The thigh on one pair and the crotch area in the other. Hoping my other two last. Love them otherwise and helps with my joint pain.

I absolutely love these shorts the compression is the only thing that gets me through 12 hour shifts with my lower back/ hip pain. The only downside to wearing them under my scrubs is there’s a lack of airflow so I have to wear 100% cotton underwear with them. They really are a lifesaver!

I have hypermobile joints, and wearing compression garments is one of the pain relief methods available, but every one I've tried has been binding itchy uncomfortable and hot! These shorts are none of those things. They feel like a gentle squeeze hug and don't bind, roll or itch anywhere. Thank you so much

These compression leggings or a game changer with travel for me. I used to get swollen on planes or on car trips. There's definitely help with both. I also have a connective tissue disorder. Wearing these leggings definitely helps give me a little bit of support that's needed.

I have POTS and needed a pair of compression shorts and abdominal compression and these shorts are both! What I love the most is that they are snug and do compress, but the material is very soft and you don’t get any indentations on your body. Will definitely purchase again.

Love these shorts I have hypermobile EDS and chronic low back pain these help keep my pelvis and hips in line. I bought 2 more pairs they help so much. The tank tops are supportive enough I can wear them in place of a bra and I'm well endowed.

These shorts are VERY high waisted. With that being said, I have severe disc degeneration and hEDS. I was in so much pain every single moment and was looking for something to keep me feeling “secure” in my body’s movements. These shorts have helped me more than I could’ve imagined. The pain has decreased so much. I would recommend to anyone.

It’s comfortable. I do have issues with it rolling down. I have a short torso also. I’m 5’2 145lbs.

I feel myself literally withering and losing energy if I don’t have these on! And even on the hottest, most humid of days, I can wear this and not become overheated. I have POTS and hEDs and going without the shorts or leggings is not an option.

I have a short torso so it sits on the bra line but it’s not uncomfortable. I am 5’4 153 lbs and ordered a medium, it’s perfect . It’s a bit tight but not too tight. The boning is comfortable. I often sleep in this in stead of my faja. I’m recovering from a tummy tuck with lipo and needed good compression to help with my swelling. I also ordered the bra but in a large. It’s soft. I will order again as soon as my swelling goes down. More but in 1 size smaller.

Loving these. I bartend and struggle with leaning over the bar all day. It’s terrible for my hyper-mobile body. I wear these under my work cloths and they’ve helped me tremendously. I don’t hurt all day anymore and can stand much more comfortably. Highly advise for my fellow hyper mobile badies.

I bought these tights to support my recovery after major body contouring following significant weight loss, particularly to help manage ongoing swelling and fluid retention. I’ve been really impressed with them. The compression feels supportive without being restrictive, they’re comfortable enough to wear for long periods, and I genuinely notice a difference in my swelling when I wear them.
My only fit feedback would be around the upper thigh/groin area. I had to size for my hips and thighs, which means I wouldn’t mind slightly firmer compression through the torso. Interestingly though, even at that size I find the very top of the thighs quite firm and not particularly forgiving, which can make it difficult to pull the tights completely up into the groin so they sit exactly where they should.
For a product designed heavily with women in mind, I’d love to see a little more flexibility or a slightly different cut through that upper thigh/groin area to accommodate fuller thighs while still allowing a close fit through the torso.
Overall though, they’ve become one of my most-worn pieces during recovery and I’ll absolutely continue wearing them beyond it.

My feelings about the compression leggings are the same as how I feel about the shorts - these are so so great. I love that this brand is up front with the compression rating of their products, so I was able to know right away that this would be good for managing my POTS symptoms. Similar to the shorts, the additional ribbing in the abdominal part also provides back support which helps so much as someone with hEDS. Additionally, the sizing makes sense! It’s all true to size.
Overall, I’m so pleased with these products and I’m grateful that they are more financially accessible than a lot of other compression brands.

I purchased it to help me with hEDS, spondylolisthesis, and herniated discs. I found it comfortable and effective; the compression is hard enough for the enhanced proprioception and muscle engagement and soft enough to be comfortable. I am getting a discount with this review that I will use to buy the leggings.

I love the support and compression. It has eased the discomfort of my pelvic organ prolapse, and supports my hips and lower back. Very important with EDS. I just wish they had one size bigger. If my IBS acts up, it’s a bit uncomfortable.

I have EDS and pelvic organ prolapse. I love the support/compression, but I think I need a 3xl. I wish you had one more size up. If my stomach gets bloated from IBD, they become a bit uncomfortable.
